Your client uses VetVault to keep their pet's records straight.
If you are reading this, a pet owner handed you a health report generated by VetVault, or scanned the code in its footer. This page explains what you are looking at.
What is in the report
- Vaccination history with dates administered and next due dates, entered by the owner from the certificates you or a previous clinic issued.
- Current conditions and medications, including dosage and schedule, plus previous vet visits with diagnosis and treatment notes.
- Lab results, weight trend and logged symptoms over the selected date range, so you see what happened between visits, not only what the owner remembers.
Owner-entered data
Everything in the report was recorded by the pet owner. Treat it as a well-organised history from the client, not as a clinical record. Any AI-generated text in the app is clearly marked and is never a diagnosis.
How a clinic can use it
Owners who keep records in VetVault arrive with complete vaccination dates, a medication list and their pet's weight history, and they get reminders when a booster is due. If that saves you time, tell them to keep doing it, or point new clients to vetvault.app. There is nothing to sign up for on your side.
