Delete Your Account

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will immediately and permanently remove all your data. This cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

All pet profiles and photos
Health records (vaccinations, medications, vet visits)
Weight tracking and symptom logs
Routines and expenses
All documents and attachments
Your account information and preferences

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the VetVault app:

Open VetVault on your device.
Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
If you have pets shared with other users, select a new owner for each shared pet.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Tap Delete My Account and confirm the final prompt.

Shared Pets

If you share pet profiles with other users, you will be asked to transfer ownership before deletion. The new owner will retain full access to that pet's records.
