Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has no limit on pets or records and includes reminders, routines, symptom and weight tracking, expenses with CSV export, family sharing, one AI lab analysis, one vet-visit document analysis, one AI symptom report and three AI chat messages a day.
How much is VetVault Premium?
In the US, $6.99 a month, $49.99 a year (about $4.16 a month) or $149 once for lifetime access. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and Google Play and are shown in the app before you buy.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Is lifetime access a subscription?
No. Lifetime access is a one-time payment. It never renews.
Does Premium cover all my pets?
Yes. Premium applies to your account, so it covers every pet you add, and family members you share a pet with can see its records.
If I delete my account, is my subscription cancelled?
No. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings first.
